The wait is over — the first names for Graspop Metal Meeting 2026 have dropped, and it’s already shaping up to be a monster lineup. On Thursday, 18 June, festival-goers in Dessel can prepare for an explosive start as Limp Bizkit, Megadeth, and Within Temptation take command of the stages.
Limp Bizkit will headline the North Stage, bringing their trademark chaos and nostalgia-fueled nu-metal energy to kick things off in style. Expect a set packed with classics, crowd anthems, and that unmistakable Fred Durst swagger. If you caught them tearing it up at GMM two years ago, you already know: it’s going to be a wild one.
Over on the South Stage, Dutch symphonic metal giants Within Temptation return to celebrate an incredible 30 years of soaring vocals and cinematic soundscapes. Led by Sharon den Adel, the band will mark their tenth Graspop appearance — an impressive milestone — with songs spanning their eight-album career, including tracks from 2023’s Bleed Out.
Meanwhile, thrash legends Megadeth join the North Stage lineup as one of the genre’s undisputed “Big Four.” The band, helmed by Dave Mustaine, recently announced their farewell tour alongside news of their final studio album, set for release on 3 January 2026. Expect an explosive mix of old-school fury and new material as they take their final bow in Dessel.
